How do I place an Order?
You can create an account or check out as a guest. Feel free to create an account on our website to earn more Bestechman points, get a discount for your next order, and join our Friday Fan Club event. More details please check page FAN CLUB --> Rewards.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please check the shipping address and item information first when placing an order. If the status of your order shows unshipped, please contact us immediately and we will modify or cancel your order for you. If the status of your order shows shipped, your order cannot be modified or cancelled. Thank you for your understanding!


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We only accept PayPal at the moment. Sorry for the inconenience.
When will I receive my refund?
If your order is unshipped/cancelled, refunds will be issued within 1 business day. If your order is a return/request for a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for our returns team to process the item before issuing a refund.
Why can't I find my refund in my PayPal?
A refund confirmation email will be sent to all orders that are refunded. If your payment was made from your PayPal wallet balance, then the refund amount will be returned to your PayPal balance. If your payment was made by PayPal --> credit card, then the refund amount will be returned to your credit card balance. If you do not receive the refund within 2 business days after receiving the refund confirmation email, please contact us to get a screenshot proof of the refund. Please don't worry, we are responsible for you once you shop at our store.


What Shipping Methods Are Available?
The products will be shipped via USPS / UPS/ International Express Package in U.S. inventory and DHL / Fedex in Chinese inventory.
How many days take for shipping?
U.S. Inventory products will take about 3-7 business days to U.S. for free and 5-10 business days to Eroupe(France, Italy, Germany, Spain) for $20.

Chinese inventory products will take about 7-10 business days to arrive.


Can I return my product?
Your satisfaction is always our priority. Returns are accepted for 30 days from the purchase date according to our refund policy. Please email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Can I exchange my product?
We do not accept any exchanges and a refund will be faster for you to get your money back and purchase a new knife. Thank you for your understanding!
Do I have to pay anything to return?
● You will be requested to send the item back to us with freight prepaid. Original shipping and return costs are unreimbursable. Once we receive the item in original condition we will issue a refund within 7 work days.

● If you received the item with free shipping, you will receive the full refund less US$5 to cover our original shipping costs.

● Returning an item with damaged or missing packaging may incur additional fees.
